Outpatient Therapist, LPC Associate

Emily Glennon, Ed.S

Hi, I’m Emily Glennon, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I believe therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — while gently learning, reflecting, and growing into who you’re becoming.

I hold an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Professional Counseling from Middle Tennessee State University and am currently working toward my LPC-MHSP license. My work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen within a safe, authentic, and supportive counseling alliance.

I am especially passionate about working with children who struggle with social skills and neurodivergence, helping them build confidence, connection, and self-understanding in ways that honor who they are. I also enjoy supporting adults who are navigating identity, self-discovery, and the process of living more authentically — particularly those who feel disconnected from themselves or unsure how to take up space as their true selves.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Carl Rogers’ person-centered philosophy. I believe each client already has the inner tools needed to grow and thrive, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect as those strengths are uncovered and strengthened.

Outside of the counseling office, I love gardening, baking, cooking, and watching the Home Network. Creativity is a meaningful resource in my own life, and I often weave creative expression into therapy as a way to foster insight, regulation, and connection.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, my hope is that therapy feels like a place where you are seen, valued, and empowered to grow.
